Event: Race Day With JJ
JJ appreciates his fans, as some fans like to call themselves the "The Yeley Nation". He understands how important they are, how much the sport means to them, and that they have supported him throughout his career.
Some of the fan club members have been with him since the early days of dirt track racing where JJ got his start. They saw something in JJ, a hard working, nice kid, who could drive the wheels off anything he sat in, always exciting to watch. He grew up working and driving Sprint, Midget and Silver Crown cars. He knows them inside and out. There were times in the past where he was the mechanic, crew, driver and at the end of the night, he was the one to pull it into the hauler, get in and drive it home, at the end of the day.
JJ is probably the only Nascar driver out there that has a program for fan club members to get a chance to Experience Racing from the Inside. A chance to see what it's like from the inside, instead of the television. Fan Club members that have been chosen in the drawings have said they had a great time.

| JJ talks racing with guest Kyle Smith | | | Race Day with JJ was another way for JJ to say thank you to his loyal fan club members. At the Nationwide series race on May 24th, fan club members who entered their names to attend got to spend the day at the Lowes Motor Speedway Terrace Box, go on a garage/pit tour. Some even got to ride on JJ's golf cart! When they returned, there was a great meal for everyone and just before the Nationwide race started, JJ arrived to spend the entire race with his fans.
