Yesterday's Coca Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway was a very special race for JJ. He was carrying the Jake Owen Raborn Foundation.Org logo on the hood of the #46 Whitney Motorsports Dodge.

JJ has been a supporter of Jake's Foundation since it's creation. JJ met Jake when he was in St Jude Children's Hospital receiving treatment for liver cancer.

Also, honoring the veterans past and present, the Military Warriors.org was on the side panel.

JJ started the race in 43rd position doing a great job all night keeping the #46 Dodge in the top 35. Finishing the night 34th and moving the #46 Whitney Motorsports Dodge up to the 42nd spot in owner's points from 44th.

Next week the team heads to Pocono, the 2.5 mile tri-oval. The race will be televised on TNT on Sunday.
